Veer Sangha receives AHA Undergraduate Research Fellowship

Veer Sangha has received the 2022 Yale Cardiovascular Medicine and American Heart Association (AHA) Undergraduate Research Fellowship. The fellowship is a program for selected undergraduates to pursue mentored research in cardiovascular disease.

Veer will be working on developing novel deep learning-based tools to detect cardiovascular disease signatures from both 12-lead and wearable single-lead ECGs. The goal of his work will be to develop AI-based ECG solutions that can be rapidly tested and integrated into clinical workflow.
