Mariam (she/her) is a recent graduate of Yale University, where she studied molecular biology and the medical humanities. Her academic journey was shaped by a strong commitment to community health and health policy, leading her to engage in legislative advocacy and ultimately run for public office. As an aspiring physician, Mariam hopes to make healthcare more equitable and empowering for communities. In her free time, she enjoys calligraphy and spending time with her family.
